PSI Names Francheska Parkman as Vice President of Human Resources

September 21, 2022 — Protection Strategies Incorporated (PSI) is proud to announce the promotion of Francheska Parkman from Director of Human Resources to Vice President of Human Resources. In this role she is the senior executive focused on of PSI’s Human Resources Department. Ms. Parkman has over 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.  She holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Tennessee. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Ms. Parkman joined the PSI family in 2017 as our Business Administration Manager.  Fran’s dedication and work ethic are unparalleled, and the results speak for themselves.  Promoted to Senior HR Business Partner (2018),  promoted to HR Manager (2019),  promoted to Senior HR Manager (2020),  promoted to Director of HR (2021) and now in 2022 she has joined the executive ranks as the Vice President of Human Resources.
