Protection Strategies Incorporated Names Jay Carroll as Vice President of Operations

(Oak Ridge, TN) May 10, 2019:  Protection Strategies Incorporated (PSI) has announced that Colonel Jay Carroll, USAF, Retired, will join the company on May 16th 2019 as Vice President of Operations.  As PSI continues to grow, Mr. Carroll will be leading the Operations Division and playing a key role in achieving the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Mr. Carroll joins PSI with over 30 years of government and corporate leadership experience.  He is a retired United States Air Force Colonel, having successfully commanded one of its largest protective force organizations. Mr. Carroll is “Board Certified” in security management by ASIS International, certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute, and holds advanced educational degrees in National Security Studies, Aerospace Science, and Management.  He has successfully commanded protective force organizations at the squadron and group levels including deployed combat and nuclear installations.  Jay lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with his wife Wendy of 23 years and their son Dylan who is completing his sophomore year of high school.

As a member of the senior executive leadership team, Mr. Carroll will work collaboratively with the CEO and Chief of Staff to determine, implement, and monitor the strategic direction and plan for PSI.  This will include planning and directing all aspects of operational policies, objectives, and initiatives to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations.
