Aviation Security

PSI’s team of experts has designed, implemented, managed and/or provided assessments of critical Airport Security Programs (ASPs) at Baghdad International Airport (BIAP), Spokane International Airport, Kansas City International Airport (MCI), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI).

Since 2015, PSI has been directly contracted to provide 24/7 contract security services for Arnold Air Force Base, a 45,000 acre fenced facility with a 6000 foot military runway and taxi ways. PSI operates the Central Alarm and Control Center monitoring over 2,000 alarm points and 200 CTV cameras. PSI provides entry control, vehicle screening and visitor screening services at all entry control points including a large scale commercial vehicle entry control point. PSI patrols and monitors perimeter fencing and secures the base housing complex. PSI also manages the primary visitor control access center.

Since 2008, PSI has been under direct contract to design, install, operate and maintain Airfield ground base force protection systems and advanced technical perimeter security measures for the United States Air Force Central Command (AFCENT) and is currently running these operations in Afghanistan, Qatar, Jordan, and Kuwait. These systems include slide arm gates, pop-up barriers and armored gate houses at entry control points and Skywatch Towers, ground radar, motion sensors, seismic and other highly sensitive surveillance equipment to monitor perimeter security.
